5. Children and Minors — Safeguarding Policy

AGE RESTRICTIONS: • My services are primarily intended for adults aged 18 and over. • I do provide coaching to minors (under 18) but ONLY with verified parental or legal guardian consent. • I do NOT knowingly collect personal data from children under the age of 13 without prior verifiable parental consent in accordance with COPPA (Children's Online Privacy Protection Act) and applicable international law. PARENTAL CONSENT: • If a minor (under 18) wishes to enroll, a parent or legal guardian must provide written consent before any coaching sessions begin. • Parents/guardians consent to the collection of their child's name, contact information, and assessment data for the purpose of delivering coaching services. • Parents/guardians may at any time request access to, correction of, or deletion of their child's data by emailing info@dlr-coaching.com. SAFEGUARDING DURING SESSIONS: • All coaching sessions involving minors are conducted professionally with appropriate boundaries. • I follow internationally recognised safeguarding principles to protect the welfare of all young learners. • Sessions with minors may require a parent or guardian to be present or within the vicinity. • Any concerns regarding a minor's welfare will be reported to the appropriate authorities in accordance with UAE law and international safeguarding standards. If you believe a child's data has been submitted without appropriate consent, please contact me immediately at info@dlr-coaching.com and I'll take prompt corrective action.
6. Cookies
My website uses a small number of cookies necessary for the site to function correctly. These include session cookies that are deleted when you close your browser. DLR Coaching is based in the UAE. My service infrastructure (including Base44 platform and Google Calendar) may process data on servers located outside your country of residence. By using my services, you acknowledge that your data may be processed in countries with different data protection laws than your own.

I'll process all deletion requests within 30 days and send a confirmation email. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Data includes: consultation records, placement test results, coaching session history, and any related communications.

I use the following third-party services to operate my platform: • Base44 (app hosting and infrastructure) — base44.com • Google Calendar (session scheduling) — policies.google.com/privacy These services have their own privacy policies. I do not use Facebook Pixel, Google Ads, or other advertising trackers. I am not responsible for the privacy practices of external websites linked from my platform.
12. Data Security
I take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, loss, or misuse. However, no internet transmission is fully secure. I encourage you to contact me immediately if you suspect any unauthorised use of your data.
